Mike Schmitt is a 1993 graduate from Slippery Rock University. Following graduation, he obtained his Orthopedic, Acute and Administrative background at Fulton County Medical Center as the Director of the Physical Therapy Department. Mike established his private practice, Frederick Physical Therapy, INC. in 2001, and has remained motivated to stay at the top in his field, by taking two to five post-graduate courses per year. His fields of study include osteopathic manual techniques learned from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, The Barral Institute, The Upledger Institute, The Jones Institute, Institute of Physical Art, and Barnes Myofascial Release. Mike is also in the Martial Arts World Hall of Fame.

Andra Pinetti graduated with honors from Carroll Community College in 2014 with an Associates degree in Applied Science through the PTA program. Andra has been a licensed PTA with Frederick Physical Therapy INC. since 2015. She continues to further her education by attending seminars through the Neuromuscular Therapy Center and The Barral Institute.

Wendy Hall graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, Mont Alto campus with an Associates in Science degree through the PTA program. Wendy joined Frederick Physical Therapy, Inc with 30+ years experience in 2020. She utilizes manual therapy techniques and indirect techniques to promote healing and maximize function with a pain free approach. She has furthered her education in the area of acute pain relief, utilizing techniques such as Muscle Energy Technique, Strain and Counterstrain, Integrated Manual Therapy and Craniosacral Technique. Wendy has a goal to educate the public on basic knowledge of self care and body mechanics to reduce daily stresses to the spinal column and help with individual control of back pain to maximize pain free activities of daily life.

Maddie Rolls graduated in 2017 from West Virginia University with her degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology. Maddie went on to apply her knowledge at Montgomery College, where she obtained her Physical Therapist Assistant degree. Maddie is a local to Frederick, Maryland and runs the youth football and cheerleading program for Governor Thomas Johnson High School. She joined Frederick Physical Therapy, Inc. in 2022 specializing in manual therapy techniques, and is excited to work with patients in finding personalized solutions to minimize pain and increase movement. Maddie focuses on a holistic approach with manual therapies and functional movement.
